Reuse and attribution

CLA permits copying, redistribution and adaptation of its original dataset annotations, summaries, code and explanatory material, including commercial reuse, with attribution to Civil Liberties Action, the release version and URL, identification of changes, and no implied endorsement. This permission applies only to rights CLA can grant.

Original source documents, judgments, news reports, employer policies, logos and other third-party material retain their own rights and terms. Linking to or describing a source does not transfer those rights. Government material identified as Open Government Licence remains under its stated terms; the DESNZ raw return is supplied with OGL attribution.

Cite original publishers for their statistics and decisions. Cite CLA for the compilation, coding, source comparison and expressly labelled calculations. The dataset metadata links here because this is a mixed-source collection, not a blanket re-licensing of third-party material.

Code and data are provided as published research with the documented limitations. Corrected releases preserve previous versions. Questions: policy@civillibertiesaction.org.uk.
